Refund policy

PETORA sells digital products — templates, forms, checklists and PDF guides. Because these are delivered instantly by email, all sales are final once the download links have been sent.

That said, if a file is corrupted, doesn't match its description, or you never received your download links, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the file or refund you in full.

To request a refund, email pawhouse070@gmail.com or call +27 782 629 080 with your order email and the product name. We reply within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 SAST.
